静脉留置针排气方法的探索及效果分析

摘要 目的:针对静脉留置针肝素帽及Y型管排气不彻底的特点,探索一种新的静脉留置针排气方法。方法:选择224例静脉留置针输液的患者,随机分成普通组和改良组,普通组采用常规方法排气,改良组采用改进的方法排气,观察两组静脉留置针。结果:一次排气成功率改良组显著优于普通组(P<0.01)。结论:改进后的排气方法显著减小了空气残留,提高了静脉用药的安全性。 Objective:A new exhausting method for intravenous catheter system has been explored based on the features of vein indwelling needle heparin cap and exhaust incompleteness of Y-shaped tube.Methods:224 patients as volunteers take part in the test are divided into two groups.Traditional technique of exhausting is applied to group A,corresponding to the modified technique for group B.Visual observation is adopted to exam whether air bubble is existed in the tube and heparin cap.Results: Chi-square test using fourfold table demonstrates that the effect of group B is superb as opposed to group A(P〈0.005).Conclusion: The modified method reduces probability of air residue significantly,but also eliminates the complaints of patients for the reason of improving security of vein medications. 更多
