静脉滴注硝酸甘油治疗高血压急症36例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 36 Patients with Hypertensive Urgency Managed by introvenous Nitroglycerin

目的:观察静脉滴注硝酸甘油治疗高血压急症的临床疗效和安全性。方法:回顾性分析2009年1月至2010年12月院前急救中静脉滴注硝酸甘油治疗高血压急症患者36例的临床资料,观察用药后5、10、15、20、25、30 min的血压、心率变化。结果:静脉滴注硝酸甘油后5 min血压开始并平稳下降,心率在15min时明显增加,30 min时的总有效率为94.4%。结论:静脉滴注硝酸甘油治疗高血压急症安全有效。

Objective： To observe the clinical outcome and safety of Nitroglycerin in patients with hypertensive urgency. Method： Data of 36 patients with hypertensive urgency wancyed by Nitroglycerin was analyzed retrospectively from Jan 2009 to Dec 2010. The changes of blood pressure （BP） and heart rate （HR） were evaluated at 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 mins after the treatment. Results： The BP started to decrease at 5 min evaluated and maintained descending to 30 min. The HR increased significantly at 10 rains after the treatment. The total efficacy reached 94.4% at 30 mins after the treatment. Conclusions： Intravenous administration of Nitroglycerin is effective and safe in the management of hypertensive urgency.
