钙处理对低碳钢耐点蚀扩展性能的影响

摘要 通过夹杂物分析比较了钙处理对夹杂物形态的影响;通过模拟闭塞腐蚀电池试验(OCC)及室内挂片试验比较了经过钙处理的碳钢与未经钙处理的碳钢的耐蚀性。结果表明:经过钙处理后的碳钢,其夹杂物形态为球状夹杂物;模拟闭塞腐蚀电池试验及室内挂片试验均表明了经过钙处理后的钢的蚀坑扩展速度要低于未经过钙处理的普通碳钢,耐蚀性明显提高。 The effect of the Calcium treatment on the shape of the inclusions was studied by the analysis of the inclusion. The corrosion resistance of two kinds of steels with and without Calcium treatment was compared by the occluded corrosion cell test (OCC) and coupon test. The results suggested that the inclusion in the steel which treated by the Calcium was the sphere-like. It also showed that the rate of pit propagation of the Calcium treatment steel was lower than that of the steel without Calcium treatment.
