摘要
对采用不同毛化工艺的冷轧带钢表面微观形貌进行了分析,并以3.5μm的电火花毛化辊为研究对象,对其平整轧制过程中辊面和板面粗糙度的衰减曲线进行了试验研究。在大量试验数据和理论分析的基础上,获得了平整轧制过程中带钢粗糙度衰减规律,从而为成品带钢表面粗糙度的控制提供了指导。
Analysis on surface fine texture of different dull-finish sheets was conducted.Attenuation laws of roughness are obtained by combining theoretical analysis and actual measuring attenuation curves of surface roughness of working roll and strip,which was conducted in temper rolling process for Ra3.5 EDT dull rolls.The guidelines for controlling surface roughness of cold rolled strip are put forward.
