摘要
钢渣是炼钢过程中产生的副产物,加快提高钢渣的综合利用率有利于节能降耗和减排治污。简要介绍了粒化法钢渣处理工艺,指出了钢渣粒化技术的独特优点和先进性。为了提高粒化效率,对倾翻系统进行了优化改进。对粒化处理后成品渣的资源化应用进行了分析,认为钢渣粒化技术是一项具有广阔发展前景的渣处理技术。
Steel slag is derived from the steel-making process,and its composite utilizing is important to saving energy and reducing discharge.The steel slag residue grain technology is recommended in brief including its advantages.The tipping system is reformed to improve the efficiency of the steel slag residue grain technology.The resource utilization to the steel slag processed by the steel slag residue grain technology is analysed.The steel slag residue grain technology is thought an advanced slag processing technology with expensive prospect.
