摘要
主要就鞍钢鲅鱼圈1号和2号高炉开工前后的设备管理工作实践,对炉顶设备的组成进行了介绍,论述了初期运行中炉顶设备出现的问题,并从技术管理角度进行分析,实施了改善性维修,对炉顶难点设备的检修技术进行了改进。通过一系列技术管理措施,取得了较好的应用实绩。
According to the equipment-management practice around Bayuquan No.1 No.2 BF being putted into use.The layout of BF top equipments are introduced,the problems of initial operation of furnace top equipment are discussed,and from the technical management,implemented improvement of repairing on top,difficult equipment maintenance technology are innovated.Through a series of technical and management measures,good application performance are achieved.
