摘要
大学图书馆员工绩效考核的目标是为了得到员工的绩效水平,从而进行准确的定量分析。以温州大学图书馆员工为分析实例,应用灰色关联分析方法,对员工进行分析评价,得到大学图书馆员工绩效考核目标与员工绩效水平的灰色关联程度,从而为高校图书馆绩效考核制度提供事实依据。
The target of university library staffs’ performance assessment is to get staffs’ performance level and thus to make accurate quantitative analysis.Taking the library staffs of Wenzhou University as the analytical example,and by using the grey relational analysis method,this paper makes the analysis and assessment on the staffs,and obtains the grey relational degree between the assessment target and performance level of university library staffs.
