阳泉作为山西省资源型城市转型、城乡一体化发展的试点城市,要求以可持续发展、科学发展的理念推进资源型城市的转型。科技情报机构要在资源城市经济转型中开展经济转型的目标、战略定位、城市结构、经济结构、主导产业以及转型的政治体制和社会机制的研究,从而为各级领导进行转型决策提供支持。

Yangquan,being as a pilot city of the transformation of resource-based city and the integration of urban and rural development in Shanxi Province,requires promoting its transformation with the concepts of sustainable development and scientific development.In the economic transformation of resource-based cities,the sci-tech information institutions should carry out the researches on economic transformation’s target,strategic orientation,economic structure,urban structure,dominant industry,political system and social mechanism,and thus provide support for the transformation decisions of the leaders at all levels.
