摘要
主要介绍了开元煤矿巧妙利用分级水库水位差,使用PLC技术编程,嵌入避峰填谷的要求,采用阀门液压装置对井下水泵、水仓及地面设施进行连锁控制,实现了矿井大型设备的节能减排。
This paper mainly introduces the experiences of Kaiyuan Coal Mine in realizing the energy conservation and emission reduction of coal mine’s large-scale equipment through making clever use of graded reservoir’s water head,programming with PLC(programmable logic controller) technology,embedding the requirements of avoiding peak demand and filling valley demand,and carrying out the interlock control for underground water pump,water sump and ground facilities.
