Analysis on the Comprehensive Utilization of Fuel Gas in Integrated Iron and Steel Works

介绍了燃气在钢铁企业的综合利用,比较了钢铁企业副产燃气的热值和各工序对燃气的要求,分析了钢铁企业副产燃气的特点以及钢铁企业燃气用户的使用特点,指出有针对性地选择合适的燃气和燃烧器,充分利用钢铁企业的副产燃气是非常重要的,不仅可以节约大量的燃料,也可以消除大量放散煤气现象,极大地改善环境。

This paper introduces the comprehensive utilizationon of fuel gas in integrated iron and steel works,compares the net calorific values of by-product gas of iron and steel complex and the requirements of each process for fuel gas,analyzes the features of by-product fuel gas of iron and steel complex and the application features of fuel gas users,and points out that selecting suitable fuel gas and fuel gas burner and making full use of by-product gas in integrated iron and steel works,which are very important,can not only save a lot of fuel but also reduce the blast furnace gas emission and improve greatly the environment.
