摘要 焦炉气采用改良ADA脱硫工艺产生的脱硫液盐分的质量浓度达到250g/L时脱硫系统脱硫效率会降低,若脱硫液副盐的质量浓度一直居高不下,将造成脱硫塔堵塞、脱硫塔阻力上升、塔后H2S超标以及鼓风机机后压力升高等不良后果。增设脱硫液蒸发结晶提盐装置可明显降低脱硫液中的硫酸钠、硫代硫酸钠、硫氰酸钠等盐分的质量浓度,保证溶液正常的脱硫能力。 When the salinity of desulphurization solution produced in modified ADA desulphurization process achieves 250 g/L,the desulphurization system’s desulphurization efficiency will be reduced.And if the secondary salt concentration of desulphurization solution is keeping high,the desulphurization tower would be blocked,the resistance of desulphurization tower would be increased,and H2S of rear tower would exceed the standard.Creating salt-extraction device for desulphurization solution’s evaporative crystallization can obviously reduce the concentration of sodium sulfate,glucosinolates sodium sulfate,sodium thiocyanate and other salinities,and guarantee the normal desulphurization capacity of the solution.
