后增浓溶出技术在管道化溶出过程中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 中铝河南分公司将管道化溶出技术与后增浓溶出技术相结合,先利用管道化溶出技术处理国内一水硬铝石矿,再将进口三水铝石或种分系统的氢氧化铝结疤加入溶出系统进行后增浓处理。溶出液苛性比值较之前降低0.05,自蒸发器压力下降0.05MPa,管道化出料温度明显降低,系统余热得以充分利用,单组管道化年产能增加3.5万吨以上。 The back thickening digestion technology is combined with the tube digestion technology in Henan Branch of CHALCO, which the domestic diaspore are treated by the tube digestion technology and then gibbsite imported or aluminium hydroxide scales from the seed precipitation system are added into the digestion system to thicken. After this treating, the caustic ratio of digestion solution is decreased by 0.05 comparing with that before, and pressure of the self- evaporator is decreased by 0.05MPa. The discharging temperature is obviously reduced, which makes the production of each tube digestion unit increase more than 35000 t per year.
