摘要
简述了泡沫铝吹气发泡连续制备工艺原理及其研究现状,指出了其中存在孔结构均匀性和脆性两个主要问题。添加大量SiCp增黏以保证熔体泡沫稳定性,但同时SiCp却严重影响泡沫铝的力学性能。本文在与其他发泡工艺对比研究的基础上,寻找可能的解决方案,并对与孔结构均匀性控制相关的气体剪切分散技术进行了分析。
Based on the technology principle and research status of Gas Injection Foaming,two main problems that pore structure uniformity and brittleness of aluminium foams are pointed out. Adding a great quantity of SiCp to the aluminium melt is needed to improve the melt viscosity so as to ensure the stability of melt -foams. However, SiCp in the aluminium melt causes a bad mechanical properly as well. By comparing melt -foams stability of Gas Injection Foaming with that of other foaming processes, some possible solutions are educed. At the same time,gas shear and dispersion technique are analyzed as another very important part of controlling of the pore structure uniformity.
