装药长径比对聚能杆式侵彻体成型的影响 被引量:9

摘要 运用LS-DYNA仿真软件模拟了聚能杆式侵彻体的成型,并通过X光成像试验进行了验证,试验结果与数值模拟结果吻合较好.分别研究了同一时刻、同一炸高及断裂时刻,不同装药长径比聚能杆式侵彻体的成型情况,找出了获得较佳聚能杆式侵彻体的装药长径比为0.9~1.2.研究结果表明,当装药长径比超过1.2,再增加装药长径比对聚能杆式侵彻体头部速度影响很小;装药长径比大于0.9以后聚能杆式侵彻体的飞行稳定性较佳. By using LS-DYNA software,the formation of jetting projectile charge was simulated,and the simulation results were validated through X-ray imaging experiment.Both results are in agreement well.The formation condition of jetting projectile charge with different length-diameter ratio of charge was studied at the same time,the same standoff distance and the rupture time.When the length-diameter ratio of the charge is between 0.9 and 1.2,the shaped charge can form good jetting projectile charge.The result shows that after the length-diameter ratio of the charge exceeding 1.2,the increased length-diameter ratio of the charge has little effect on the head velocity of jetting projectile charge;the flight stability of jetting projectile charge is good after the length-diameter ratio of the charge arrives 0.9.
