深圳市护理人员中医体质及亚健康调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Constitution and Sub-health of Nursing Personnel in Shenzhen City

目的:了解深圳地区护理人员的中医体质分布及亚健康状况,分析深圳地区护理人员的亚健康与中医体质特点及其相互关系。方法:运用非体力劳动者亚健康量表和《中医体质分类与判定》标准(ZYYXH/T157-2009)对接受调查的护理人员进行亚健康状态评价及中医体质判定,并同时对受调查者进行生活方式调查。结果:共获得合格有效调查问卷154份,中医体质判定属阳虚质者32例,湿热质23例,基本平和质18例,气郁质14例,气虚质13例,平和质12例,阴虚质12例,痰湿质11例,血瘀质11例,特禀质8例;本组154例接受调查的护理人员亚健康状态比例为86.36%,疾病所占比例为8.44%,健康比例为5.19%。结论:①深圳市护理人员中医体质分布以阳虚质及湿热质发生率最高,各偏颇体质合计发生率80.52%;②该组资料显示亚健康状态发生率高于相关文献报告的全国医务人员亚健康状态平均水平;③健康状况的分布与中医体质分布有明显相关性(P<0.01)。

Objective To understand the Chinese Medicine body constitution distribution and sub-health status of nursing staff in Shenzhen,and analysis of the characteristic of sub-health of nursing staff in Shenzhen area and its relationship to Traditional Chinese Medicine Constitution.Methods Sub-health state evaluation and Traditional Chinese Medicine physique of surveyed nursing personnel were determined by using non-manual workers sub-health scale and TCM constitution classification and determination standard（ZYYXH /T157-2009）,and at the same time their lifestyle were investigated.Results 154 qualified and effective questionnaire were acquired totally.Using Traditional Chinese Medicine physique judging method,there were 32 cases of Yang-deficiency,23 cases of moist heat quality,18 cases of basic balanced yin-yang quality,14 cases with Qi-stagnation constitution,13 cases with Qi-deficiency constitution,12 cases of balanced yin-yang quality,12 cases of Yin-deficiency quality,11 cases with blood stagnation quality,11 cases with phlegm moist matter,and 8 cases of special intrinsic quality.Among the 154 nursing staff,sub-health state ratio was 86.36%,disease ratio was 8.44%,and health ratio was 5.19%.Conclusion Firstly,the Chinese Medicine physique distribution of Nursing personnel in Shenzhen City suggested that the highest incidence were Yang deficiency and moist heat quality.All biased constitution rate for a total was 80.52%.Secondly,the data showed that the incidence of sub-health state is higher than that of the report of the national average level of sub-health condition among nationwide medical staff.Third,there is an obvious correlation between the distribution of health status and TCM constitution.
