摘要
清洁压裂液体系是由新型双子表面活性剂与水杨酸钠在无机盐溶液中作用而成。通过对清洁压裂液体系进行综合性能评价发现:该清洁压裂液体系具有组成简单、无固相残渣、携砂性能好、遇水或油自动破胶(破胶时间小于2 h)、破胶液的表面张力和界面张力均小于所要求的技术指标、配制及施工简单等特点,在60℃时黏度达624 mPa.s,满足中高温地层的压裂需求。实验结果表明,此清洁压裂液体系可满足常规油气层保护的需要。
A clean fracturing fluid system was prepared with new gemini surfactant and sodium salicylate in an inorganic salt solution. It was found through comprehensive evaluation on this clean fracturing fluid system that this clean fracturing fluid system is simple in composition, contains no solid residue, has high sand carrying capacity, can break gel automatically when coming into contact with water or oil with the gel breaking time less than 2 h and both the surface tension and interfacial tension of broken fluid less than that specified technically, and can be prepared and used easily, etc. The viscosity of this fracturing fluid can reach 624 mPa · s at 60 ℃, and it can satisfy the fracturing requirement for medium or high temperature reservoir. According to the results of application, this clean fracturing fluid system can be used for protecting conventional oil and gas reservoir.
