河南油田稠油氧化催化降黏剂的研制和评价

Development of Oxidative Catalytic Viscosity Reducer and Evaluation on Its Application in Viscous Crude of Henan Oilfield

摘要 针对河南油田稠油特点,确定了氧化催化降黏剂最佳配方:氧化剂PY加量1.0%,催化剂CX-2加量2.0%,质子供体PN加量1.0%。将其添加至原油中,在温度100℃下反应16 h后,加碱中和,最佳碱加量为0.3%~1.5%,降黏后原油黏度≤500 mPa.s,降黏率可达98%以上。 In view of the characteristics of the viscous crude of Henan Oilfield, the optimum formulation of an oxidative catalytic viscosity reducer was identified as follows: addition of oxidant PY: 1.0%, addition of catalyst CX - 2 : 2.0% , addition of proton donor PN : 1.0%. This oxidative catalytic viscosity reducer was added to crude oil at 100 ℃, and 0.3% to I. 5% caustic was added to the crude oil to neutralize the catalytic viscosity reducer 16 h later. The viscosity of the crude oil to which the oxidative catalytic viscosity reducer was added was lower than 500 mPa's with the viscosity reduction percent of 98% or more.
