摘要
以团队为基础的学习(team-based learning,TBL)在医学伦理学教学应用不仅符合教学规律,而且遵循了道德发展规律。在实际教学效果中,虽有其正负效应,但正面效应远高于负面效应。为了提高和完善TBL教学模式在医学伦理学教学中的应用,提出限定适用对象和范围、采取可能的方式弥补固有不足、加强引导,让学生自主思考医学伦理学的时代特征、本土化和文化特性的建议。
Team-based learning(TBL) in education of medical ethics course is not only accordant with teaching rules,but also according to the trend of moral development.There is an argument in teaching practice,and the positive effect is higher than the negative effect.In order to enhance and improve team-based learning in education of medical ethics course,the article gave some suggestions that limited the object and area of TBL,made possible methods to remedy the defect of TBL,and let medical students think over the modern characters,localization and culture features of medical ethics
