激光联合3种治疗方法治疗泪道阻塞临床效果分析

Clinical Effect of Laser Treatment Combined Three Methods in the Treatment of Lacrimal Duct Obstruction

目的探讨YAG激光联合3种治疗方法治疗泪道阻塞的临床疗效。方法①YAG激光联合泪道逆行插管35例(36眼);②YAG激光联合典必殊眼膏治疗20例(22眼);③YAG激光联合新型泪道引流管10例(10眼)。以上3种方法治疗泪道阻塞65例(68眼),均随访6～12个月,病状、体征消失为治愈的标准。结果 YAG激光联合泪道逆行插管方法成功率为65.71%;YAG激光联合典必殊眼膏方法成功率为75%;YAG激光联合新型泪道引流管方法成功率为80%。结论 3种方法均可得到较好的治疗效果,但仍有其局限性。因此,要根据病情,选择合适的治疗方法。

Objective To study the clinic effect of YAG laser combined with three kind of therapy in the treatment of lacrimal duct obstruction.Methods ①35 cases using YAG laser combined with nasolacrimal duct retrograde intubation（36 eyes）;②20 cases using YAG laser combined with DianBishu ointment（22eyes）;③10 cases using YAG laser combined with New type of lacrimal duct drainage tube（10eyes）.Use the three methods above treating 65 cases of lacrimal duct obstruction（68eyes）,and give follow-up visits for 6~12 months.The standard of healing is the disappearance of Signs and symptoms.Results The success rate using YAG laser combined with nasolacrimal duct retrograde intubation is 65.71%,the method of YAG laser combined with DianBishu ointment is 75%,while YAG laser combined with New type of lacrimal duct drainage tube is 80%.Conclusion All the three methods gain moderate theraputic effect but each has its Limitations.So the conclusion is choosing appropriate methods depending on patients′ condition.
