摘要
目的探讨中西结合方法治疗糖尿病肾病并发勃起功能障碍患者的临床疗效。方法我院针对2009～2011年间,在我院门诊以及住院明确诊断糖尿病肾病合并性功能障碍者46例患者,随机分为两组,治疗组采用缬沙坦配合金水宝胶囊,对照组采用单纯缬沙坦治疗。结果治疗组临床总有效率达76.8%,对照组临床总有效率达62.5%I,IEF-5评分明显改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论缬沙坦配合金水宝胶囊中西结合方法,在治疗糖尿病肾病并发勃起功能障碍方面具有较好临床疗效。
Objective To study the clinical effect in DN and ED by traditional and western treatment.Methods 46 cases were divided two group,Jinshuibao capsule and valsartan used in treatment group,and the other one only using valsartan.Results The total effective of treatment group is 76.8%,and 62.5% in control group.The scores of IIEF-5 better than control one.Conclusion Jinshuibao capluse and valsartan had better clinical effective in DN and ED.
