摘要
本文基于WinCC与S7-300介绍了铝箔厂中轧机油气润滑系统的监控,主要介绍了油气润滑系统的要求,油气润滑系统的硬件组成,重点介绍了油气润滑人机界面的设计,报警信息程序设计等。本系统自运行以来,极大地减少了损耗,通过人机界面的监控,可以更好的实现远程操作控制和实时监控功能。
Based on WinCC and s7-300 describes the aluminum foil plant in the mill oil lubrication system monitoring, focuses on the requirements of oil lubrication system,oil lubrication system hardware components, focusing on the oil lubricating the man-ma- chine interface design, alarm information program design. Since the operation of the system has been greatly reduced loss through human-machine interface control, to achieve better operational control and real-time remote monitoring.
