本文介绍了贮丝控制系统的构成,贮丝的工艺流程,以及控制难点与解决办法。控制系统以西门子公司S7400 PLC为核心,局部控制系统采用西门子公司S7 317-F、ET200S-F等安全系列产品,整个网络分为三层,采用Profinet网络架构,监控层使用WINCC V7 0,本文对安全型控制系统的关键技术处理进行了详细的介绍。
This paper introduces the composition of control system of storage cuttobacco; storage cut tobacco Technological process, as well as the controldifficulties and solutions. Control system based on Siemens S7400 PLC as the core, the local control system adopts SIEMENS S7 317-F, ET200S-F and other security products, the network is divided into three layers, using Profinet network architecture, monitoring layer using WINCC V7.0, the safety control system key techniques are introduced in detail.
