摘要
水利是农业的命脉,农田水利设施建设是提高农业综合生产能力的基础。本文根据龙江县的自然地理概况以及农田水利建设的情况,论述了龙江县水利建设存在的问题和相应的科学规划及改进对策。
Water is the lifeline of agriculture and farm irrigation establishment construction is the base of improving agriculture comprehensive production ability.This paper states the problems in farm irrigation works construction in Longjiang county according to the geographic status and farm irrigation work in Longjang county.It also puts forward relevant scientific plan and improving countermeasure.
