摘要
从教育入学机会的平等到教育过程、教育结果的平等,再到尊重个体的选择,充分发挥每个人的潜能的差异的平等,反映了美国教育界对少数族裔教育平等认识不断深化的过程。美国黑人教育政策演进也大致经历了这样一个过程,但是由于美国社会普遍存在的种族偏见和歧视,黑人教育要实现真正的平等还需要继续努力。
The American education world has been deepening their understanding of the educationg for ethnic minority groups from the equal reception of education to the equal educational process and results,to the respect of individual choice,and to the equality to tap the potentials of individuals.The American education policy for the Blacks has experienced a similar process.As the American society is ingrained with universal racial prejudices and biasa,much more efforts must be made to achieve a true equality in the education for the Blacks.
