Adapting the Doctor's Orders to the Medical Insurance Policies under Network Environment

目的研究在医院信息系统中,医师下医嘱遵循医疗保险规则。方法依据当前医疗保险的政策法规,利用计算机网络技术,在"军字一号"医院信息系统中嵌入一套在线提示信息平台。结果在"军字一号"环境下,对医师下达医嘱或处方进行全方位的监控,使医院和医保患者都能遵循医疗保险规则。结论医师满意、患者满意、医保管理部门满意,取得良好的社会效益。

Objective To study how to adapt the doctor＇s orders to the medical insurance policies under hospital information system.Methods According to the existing policies and regulations,we embedded an online message platform into the ＂No.1 Military Medical Project＂ hospital information system by the use of computer network technology,Results The doctor＇s orders adapt to the medical insurance policies well under the all-round supervising of the prescription and the orders during the ＂No.1 Military Medical Project＂ hospital information.Conclusion The measures achieved good social benefits by improving the satisfaction of the doctors,patients and medical insurance management.
