摘要
本文介绍师以上干部体检从经验型的被动保健转变为科学型的主动保健的做法,包括医院领导及医务人员高度重视;改进、完善体检软、硬件设施;优化体检工作流程;逐年完善体检项目;实施有效全程健康管理服务,确保体检高效、舒适、全面、准确,提高了为兵服务水平和保健工作质量。
The article introduces the main measures of the changes of the physical examination of the over divisional cadres from the passive experiential form to the initiative scientific form.Firstly,hospital leaders and medical workers highly pay attention to the works.Secondly,improving and perfecting the soft and hard equipment of physical examination.Thirdly,optimizing the work process of physical examination.Fourthly,gradually perfecting the examinational items.Fifthly,putting the effective and completed health management services into practice.All the measures were aimed at ensuring effective,comfortable,comprehensive,accurate physical examination service quality.
