摘要
本文描述军医大学学员素质评价的现状,分析评价目的、评价方法、评价内容等方面存在的问题。完善素质评价工作的对策包括:宏观层面,明确、遵循医学生素质评价的基本原则,发挥促进学生全面、整体发展的评价功能;微观上,构建科学、合理的评价指标体系,规范评价程序,不断提高素质评价工作的水平。
The article described the situation of the medical students quality evaluation at military medical university and analyzed the flaw of the evaluation.To improve the quality of the medical student＇s evaluation,we need to formulate and follow the evaluation principles,play the function of promoting the comprehensive development,establish a scientific index system and standardize the set procedure.
