溶剂热法制备BiOCl单晶纳米片 被引量:3

BiOCl Single Crystalline Nanoplates Synthesized by Solvothermal Method

摘要 采用溶剂热方法,在去离子水和无水乙醇的混合溶剂中通过添加适量表面活性剂(CTAB),在200℃下反应24 h,成功地制备了BiOCl单晶纳米片.用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、紫外可见光谱(UV-Vis)对产物进行了表征,结果表明获得了四方结构的BiOCl单晶纳米片,横向尺寸在300-3 000nm之间,厚度约为几纳米. Novel bismuth oxychloride(BiOCl) single crystalline nanoplates have been successfully synthesized via a solvothermal route by using a mixed solvent of deionized water and Ethanol absolute(in 200 C for 24 h).The BiOCl nanoplates were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM),transmission electron microscope(TEM) and UV-Vis spectrophotometry.The results show that the BiOCl nanoplates have diameters ranging from 300 to 3 000 nm,and thickness of about several nanometers.
