摘要
通过试验建立了工业废水中苯胺类污染物的液相色谱测定方法,优化了试验条件。该方法吸收值与基质质量浓度之间的线性关系非常显著,苯胺和6种硝基苯胺类成分的检出限在0.0001~0.0003mg/L之间,空白加标试验的相对标准偏差在(RSD)1.8%~4.8%之间,基质加标回收率在58.6%~93.8%之间。对煤化工园排出的废水样品测定结果表明该方法分离效果好、分辨率高,能够满足废水中苯胺类污染物检测分析的要求。
A method for detecting aniline pollutants in industrial wastewater was established by High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC) and the detective conditions were optimized as well. The linear relationship between absorption value and mass concentration of aniline and six nitroaniline compounds in wastewater was very significant, the detection limits ranged from 0.000 1 mg/L to 0.000 3 mg/L, the relative standard deviations (RSD) of blank standard addition ranged from 1.8% to 4.8 %, and the substrate spike recovery ranged from 58.6% to 93.8%. The results for detecting actual samples from coal chemical industry park showed that this method had excellent separation effect and high resolution, which can meet the requirements of such wastewater detection.
