培养高度的文化自觉和文化自信,是党的十七届六中全会提出的建设社会主义文化强国的一项重要任务。高校学报是集政治性、思想性、科学性、学术性于一体的大众传播媒体,学报编辑担负着中国文化的选择、优化、传播与积累的重任。高校学报编辑的文化自觉和文化自信至关重要,这是高校学报的功能与地位、改革与发展决定的,需要学报编辑在把握办刊方向、强化道德修养、弘扬优秀传统、善于吸收借鉴上的自觉和自信,必须在提高学习能力、业务能力、辨别能力、创新能力上下工夫。

Cultural self-awareness and cultural confidence are related to national power,as indicated by the 6th Plenary Session of the 17th CCPC.University journals are supposed to face such issues in the new circumstances.Hence,specific measures must be taken accordingly.
