摘要 在干部教育培训中,综合运用讲授式、研究式、案例式、模拟式、体验式等教学方法,是由干部教育培训的特殊性所决定的。其中研究式教学的基本特征可能会体现在其他几类教学之中,带有策略与模式的意义。研究式教学与课堂讲授式、研讨式、案例式、体验式教学既有区别,又有联系,作为当前干部院校最普遍采用的研究式教学方式,主要通过课题研究和课堂研讨两种方式开展,课题式主要着眼于课题突破的意义,研讨式更关注过程与方法。提高研究式教学质量,需要培训机构、教师做好教学设计、提供支持、过程推进、成果运用等工作。 The nature of cadre education determines that mixed approaches based on lecturing,exploration,case study,simulations,experiencing etc.will be applied in training process.Among those methods,exploration-based approach has the significance of a model.With its fundamental characteristics possibly reflected in other approaches.Exploration-based approach on one hand is different from other approaches in use.On the other hand relates to methods based on lecturing,case study,simulations and experiencing.Exploration-based approach is now applied by training institutes mostly through two ways.One is problem-probing,focusing more on solutions.While the other is discussion,focusing more on the teaching and learning process itself.In order to improve the quality of exploration-based approach,the training institutes and its trainers must make great efforts in terms of training design,providing supports,facilitating the process and putting research-findings in practice.
