Structural imbalance has become the root cause of the unbalanced,uncoordinated and unsustainable situation of China＇s economy.To change the imbalance,it is essential to use external forces to boost the government reform,and on this basis,establish the government＇s awareness of scientific developments,consciousness of ＂night watchman＂ role in market economy,and awareness of dealing with system problem and enhancing public services.
