摘要
通过运用实验法和数理统计法研究不同运动方式对各周龄大鼠的影响,说明大鼠体内丙酮酸含量的变化情况。结果发现:大鼠在递增负荷的情况下,各周龄的大鼠体内丙酮酸的含量会有一定的变化;周龄越高,产生丙酮酸的量相对较少,这可能与大鼠机体代谢率有关。
The use of experimental methods and mathematical statistics to research different ways on different weeks of exercise in rats,indicating that pyruvate levels in rats in vivo changes.The results showed that: when rats in the incremental case,week-old rats of different levels of pyruvate will be some changes;higher weeks result in a relatively small amount of pyruvate,which may be related to the metabolism in rats rate related.But the overall point of view,whether the same of different forms of exercise,the body will not have rats the accumulation of pyruvate.
