糖酵解供能模型在我国女子水球项目中的应用

摘要 我国女子水球运动项目起步晚,发展快。缺乏成熟的水球训练理论和女子水球训练实践经验的总结,对水球项目的训练规律的认识还停留在"边学边干边发展"的阶段,其训练的基础理论的研究也较为少见。本文根据我国女子水球运动的现状及运动员的身体状态和竞技能力,通过在对四川、宁夏女子水球运动员训练的调研,结合成都体育学院女子水球项目组已建立的糖酵解供能条件下大鼠游泳运动模型,探讨女子水球运动项目的糖酵解供能特征,不同运动负荷对运动员的疲劳和恢复规律,为女子水球项目提供糖酵解供能模型指导下的运动训练的应用情况。 Women's water polo program of china started lately and develops rapidly,lacking of mature women's water polo water polo training theory and practical training experience.The understanding of the laws of training project for water polo still remain in the "learning while doing developing" stage and the basic theoretical research of training is relatively rare.The essay investigates the characteristics of women's water polo sports glycol sis for energy and the different exercise load on the athlete's fatigue and recovery rules based on the current situation of China's women's water polo and the physical condition of athletes and the athletic ability,through the research of women's water polo athletes' training of Sichuan and Ningxia and combined with the established rats' swimming model under the conditions of glycol sis for energy through the women's water polo team of Chengdu Sports University.It provides the applications of sports training for the women's water polo projects under the guidance of glycol sis for energy model.
