漳州市2008—2010年手足口病流行病学特征分析

Epidemiological characteristics of hand foot and mouth disease in Zhangzhou City(2008-2010)

目的了解漳州市2008—2010年手足口病发病特征及流行态势,为制订防控策略提供依据。方法用描述流行病学方法对《国家疾病监测信息报告管理系统》提供的漳州市手足口病疫情数据进行分析。结果 2008—2010年漳州市手足口病发病13 189例,年发病率90.13/10万。5岁及以下占95.5%,男、女发病率分别为115.35/10万和63.33/10万;散居儿童占75.0%;5月、9月出现发病高峰;城区发病率(170.65/10万)明显高于农村(78.80/10万);病毒株主要为EV71型(79.4%)。结论漳州市手足口病以5岁以下散居儿童为主,年发病率呈上升趋势,今后应加强重点人群防控措施。

Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of hand foot and mouth disease（HFMD） in Zhangzhou for the disease control and prevention（2008-2010）.Methods The HFMD data from China information system were analyzed by descriptive epidemiological method.Results Totally 13 189 HFMD cases were reported in Zhangzhou.The annual incidence was 90.13/105.The percentage of children aged 0-5 was 95.50%.The incidence of male and female was 115.35/105 and 63.33/105 respectively,the percentage of scattered children was 75.0%.The peak months of HFMD were in May and September.The incidence in urban（170.65/105） was higher than that in rural areas（78.80/105）.EV71 was predominant virus（79.4%）.Conclusion The main cases of HFMD are in scattered children aged 0-5.The incidences show increasing trend.Strengthen prevention measures for HFMD should be taken for target population.
