减小塔影效应载荷波动的独立变桨距控制研究 被引量:5

摘要 针对塔影效应引起风电机组载荷波动的情况进行研究,对其引入独立变桨距控制。建立风电机组风轮的线性时变模型,并将其写成状态方程的形式,进而引入Coleman变换将其变换成线性时不变模型。然后,在此模型基础上,加入PID控制器,从而完成独立变桨距控制系统的设计。在塔影效应的影响下,分别对独立变桨距控制和统一变桨距控制情况下风电机组的载荷波动进行仿真对比研究,并利用雨流统计法对风电机组进行疲劳分析。研究结果表明:在塔影效应影响下,采用独立变桨距控制策略的风电机组载荷波动较采用统一变桨距控制策略的风机有明显改善,削弱了塔影效应载荷波动的影响,并延长了机组的使用寿命。 Load fluctuation conditions of wind turbine under tower shadow was researched and individual pitch control was introduced.Establish the linear time-varying model of the rotor and make it into the form of the state equation.Then,make it into the linear time invariant model through Coleman transformation.Based on this model,achieve the design of individual pitch system with PID controller.load fluctuation conditions of wind turbine were simulated and compared under tower shadow between individual pitch control and collective pitch control and analyse the fatigue damage of wind turbine through rainflow cycle counting.The result shows that load fluctuation of wind turbine using the individual pitch control under tower shadow has better effect and it weakens the load fluctuation effect of tower shadow,extends the working life of wind turbine.
