高压输电线路防污闪仿真培训系统的设计和实现

Design and Implementation of Simulation Training System for High Voltage Transmission Line Anti-pollution Technology

为对生产、运行检修和管理人员进行高压输电线路防污闪技术的岗前培训和职业培训,提高运行维护人员的防污专业技术和技能操作水平,满足电力工程建设管理需要,研制开发了高压输电线路防污闪仿真培训系统。该培训系统汇总已有的输电线路外绝缘科研成果、防污闪技术和运行经验,采用现代计算机多媒体技术和虚拟技术,辅以多种表现形式实现培训。该系统设计了污秽外绝缘理论培训、污秽度测量和现场检测等操作培训、清扫和带电水冲洗等技能仿真培训、技能考核等四部分功能。通过该软件系统,可适用于输电线路专业技术人员的培训,满足电网快速建设与运行维护对线路工技能培训的需要。

In order to provide pre-job training and vocational training for the production、operation maintenance and management personnel in anti-pollution flashover of high voltage transmission line technology,and enhance operation and maintenance personnel operating anti-pollution level of expertise and skills to meet the special needs of high-voltage engineering construction management,the research and development of simulation training system for high voltage transmission line anti-pollution is given in this paper.The training system is based on high voltage external insulation project research results、anti-pollution technology and operational experience,using modern computer multimedia technology and virtualization technologies,complemented by a variety of forms to achieve the training.The system is consisted of external insulation theoretical、site pollution severity measurement and site detection skills such as live simulation training and assessment four-part feature.The software system could be applied to transmission lines the training of professional and technical personnel to meet the fast network construction and operation and maintenance of the line work skills training needs.
