印建安至今仍清晰地记得，当他看到《西安晚报》上那篇千字短文时内心的震撼；他甚至将其剪下来，放到《陕鼓人》报的“董事长荐文”里。其实，在许多人看来，这不过是一则刊登于“文化副刊”、讲述“渐行渐远的电报投递员”的故事而已，似乎与商业毫无瓜葛；但是，印建安却似乎对此格外关注，并于日后在不同场合多次提及。为什么？

Industrial enterprises always give an impression of 'piles of factories and humming machines'.However,being conventional in its fixed asset management,Shaangu has developed something virtual,like 'value' and 'thoughts'.It has even gone beyond industrial services and started working with giant enterprises like Fuxing investment Co.,Ltd and Lenovo.What are the plans of Yin Jian'an,the director of Shaangu?Shaangu has successfully tendered for the contract of TRT project of Baosteel.This is the deal:if Shaangu sells nothing but products,it can only take up the order of TRT host,which worths 6.83 million Yuan.Through the one-stop service including infrastructure and pipe network,the value of the order has soared to 30.8 million Yuan,which is five folds to the original! Here we have an even more surprising finding:A crew with a project manager and a few assistants can make 2.7 times as much as the profits created by 2000 factory workers in a year! All the crew did was to design and manage a system!Yin Jian'an sets a good example of a management personnel.He led his staff to think out of the box and work differently in the industry.The market was then snowballed several folds from millions to tens or even hundreds of millions.
