摘要
产权稀释将造成产权不完整,从而致使大量农地资源被置入公共领域,转为农地租值,进而诱使相关利益主体对农地租值的竞相摄取,由此造成农地租值被瓜分和纯粹消散。现有对产权稀释、公共领域与租值消散的分析游离于表面,更没构成一个逻辑严密的产权稀释、公共领域与租值消散的理论分析框架。本文对产权稀释、公共领域与租值消散问题的探究,试图从产权稀释特征、结构着手,建构一个产权稀释、公共领域与租值消散的理论分析框架,进而以此对中国农地产权制度变迁进行重新阐释,以弥补主流文献对此研究的不足。

The existing study in the rent value dissipation of property dilution. public domain and rent value dissipation is hydrophobic shallow, and have not a tight logic theory of property dilution,public domain and rent value. This paper studys the characteristics, structure of property dissipation.public domain and rent value dissipation ,attempting to construct a pattern of property dilution, public domain and rent dissipation, and then establish a theoretical analysis framework of the new interpretation of the change of China farmland property right system, to make up for the mainstream literature limitations of the study of farmland property rights system.
