2008年我国电信行业进行了新一轮规制改革,并对我国电信市场的发展路径产生着深远的影响。通过实证比较分析这一轮电信改革前后的市场结构、市场行为、市场绩效发现,当前我国电信产业已初步形成有效竞争的格局。但同时,我国电信产业仍有很大的发展空间。为进一步完善我国电信产业的规制改革,必须采取切实有效的对策措施。

The new round reform of telecom industry has taken place in China in 2008. By comparing the structure, conduct and performance before the reform with those afterwards, the telecom industry has formed an effective competition situation preliminarily. But at the same time, China＇s telecom industry still has very big development space. Also, we must take valid measures to perfect the reform of our telecom industry.
