资源枯竭型城市财源建设的探讨——以七台河市为例

Discussion about Financial Source Construction of Resource-exhausted Cities in Heilongjiang Province——A Case of Qitaihe

黑龙江是资源大省,同时又是财源建设比较落后的省份,尤其是以七台河为代表的资源枯竭型城市更是如此。因此,利用国家发展老工业基地的倾斜政策,加快产业结构的转型,保持财源的可持续发展便是重中之重。

Heilongjiang is a province rich of resources, but it is also a relatively backward province in financial source construction, especially in Qitaihe represented resource -exhausted cities even more so. Therefore, it is a top priority to accelerate industrial restructuring and keep sustainable development of financial source construction through the use of national preferential policies to old industrial bases.
