Human resource planning model base includes forecasring model, supply and demand balance decision making model. This paper according to the chamcterlsrics of corporate human resources planning and the inside and outside affecting factors formulate the principles of company human resource planning model base, include objective principle, system principle, dynamic principle, specificity of training, scientific forecasting principle and common development principle. Based on the corporate human resource planning process determines the human resources planning model base process.
