摘要
本文在分析传统的装备试验任务地面气象观测和高空探测数据处理模式的基础上,提出了一种基于本体的气象知识表示和基于WEB的知识管理系统,实现了从传统简单数据存储和检索到知识加工和应用的进步。
Based on the analysis of traditional processing modes for the equipment experimental mission ground meteorological observation and high-space detection data,this paper proposes meteorological knowledge representation ontology and a WEB-based knowledge management system,which implements the advancement from the traditional simple data storage to the knowledge processing and application.
