焦化液化石油气脱硫醇装置运行状况分析及其优化 被引量:3

摘要 介绍了中国石油化工股份有限公司茂名分公司焦化液化石油气脱硫醇装置技术应用及初次开工情况,针对装置初次开工运行后存在的问题进行了分析,对于首次开工装置存在的碱液气化能力不足、碱液氧化再生系统工艺流程设计不科学,以及再生后碱液二硫化物分离不理想等问题提出了整改方案,并对工艺操作进行了优化调整。整改及优化后,装置一年来的运行结果表明,再生碱液质量稳定可控,在焦化装置劣质渣油原料比例较低情况下液化石油气脱硫醇效果好,碱渣排放量较常规工艺减少80%以上。在满足脱硫要求的前提下,碱液使用周期延长,经济与环保效益明显。同时也找出了焦化装置劣质渣油原料比例较高时,装置脱硫醇系统运行效果不理想,净化液化石油气总硫出厂指标高的原因。 The application of coker LPG sweetening technology in the commercial unit in SINOPEC Maoming Company and the initial start-up are described.The problems in the initial start-up and after operation are studied.The correction and improvement options are proposed for inadequate alkaline liquid oxidation capacity,improper design of alkaline liquid regeneration process and unsatisfactory separation of bi-sulfide in regenerated alkaline,etc,and the process operation is optimized.One year's operation after correction and improvement shows that,the regenerated alkaline quality is under control,the sweetening results are good at a lower percentage of residue oil in delayed coker feed,and caustic sludge disposal is reduced by over 80% as compared with conventional process.The operation life of alkaline liquid is greatly extended,and economic and environmental benefits are apparent.The root causes of unsatisfactory operation of sweetening system and the total sulfur of sweetened LPG higher than specifications of civil LPG when there is a higher percentage of low-quality residue in coker feed are located.
