应用火灾爆炸模拟技术提高石化建设项目安全设计水平

摘要 简述了目前常用的气体扩散、燃烧和爆炸模拟计算工具的功能及其在工程项目中的适用范围,为适应当前安全计算技术的进步和国家安全生产法规的要求,借鉴国外同行现行做法并结合国内工程项目的安全设计技术标准和管理规范现状,提高石化建设项目安全设计管理与技术水平,提出了修订部分石化工程技术标准和工程建设管理程序方面的建议。结果表明:在石化工程项目设计过程中下面几个方面应吸纳火灾爆炸模拟设计和研究工作成果:工艺设计,平面布置设计,构筑物防火与抗爆设计,消防系统设计。 The functions of common calculation tools for simulation of gas dispersion,combustion and explosion and their application in the project engineering are described.To cope with the development of safety calculation technology and meet the requirements of national safety regulations,it is recommended to revise some of engineering standards and management standards for petrochemical projects with the reference to practices of foreign petrochemical companies and in consideration of existing conditions of China engineering standards and management standards for petrochemical projects.The latest fire explosion simulation design and R D achievements should be applied in the process design,general plot plan design,fire protection and anti-explosion design of buildings and structures and design of fire-fighting system.
