伢典化学机械法治疗老年龋病临床疗效研究 被引量:4

Clinical study of Carisolv in the chemo-mechanical removal for elder's patients with dental caries

摘要 目的评价伢典(Carisolv)化学机械法治疗老年龋病的疗效及可行性。方法选择2009年12月至2010年3月于大连大学附属中山医院口腔科就诊的老年龋病患者70例(共82颗患牙),随机分为试验组和对照组,其中试验组42颗患牙,采用Carisolv化学机械法去腐治疗;对照组40颗患牙,采用慢速手机去腐治疗。比较治疗完成后,两组患者的感受、治疗所用时间及临床效果,并采用统计学方法进行比较。结果治疗完成后,两组患者疼痛程度、治疗所用时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后1年复诊,两组有效率分别为92.86%和85.00%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 Carisolv化学机械法对龋病的治疗安全、有效,可大大降低老年患者对口腔治疗的紧张和恐惧,有利于老年人治疗龋齿。 Objective To evaluate the application effect and the feasibility of Carisolv chemical method in treating the elderly people with caries. Methods Seventy aged patients with 82 decayed teeth in total were randomly divided into two groups. Carisolv group had 42 decayed teeth treated with Carisolv ; control group had 40 decayed teeth treated with traditional drilling method.Compare patients' painful perception, treatment time and clinical effect of these two methods in a statistical way. Results Check those patients again one year later. Clinical effect had no statistical difference (P 〉 0.05), while the treatment time and the patients' painful perception had statistical differences (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Carisolv is a safe, painless and effective method in treating elder's caries. It is good for the aged people with dental caries.
