摘要 目的 研究MDR-1和Bcl-2基因表达水平与多发性骨髓瘤患者之间的关系.方法 采用半定量PCR方法检测50例多发性骨髓瘤患者及20例正常对照组的MDR-1和Bcl-2基因表达水平.结果 多发性骨髓瘤耐药组及非耐药组的MDR-1和Bcl-2水平明显高于正常对照组,耐药组也高于非耐药组,且二者水平变化呈相关性.结论 MDR-1和Bcl-2基因表达升高是判断多发性骨髓瘤的重要指标,对判断预后及临床耐药具有重要意义. Objective To investigate the expression and significance of MDR- 1 and Bel- 2 genes with multiple myeloma( MM). Methods The expression of Be] - 2 and MDRlgenes in 50 eases of MM and 20 eases of control group were examined by RT - PCR. Results The ex- pressions of MDRI and Bel - 2 in the clinical drug resistant group were significantly higher than those in the non - resistant drug group and in control group. The expressions of MDRI and Bcl - 2 in the clinical drug resistant group were significantly higher than those in the non - resistant drug group. It showed a correlation between MDRI and Bcl - 2. Conclusion Abnormal expression of MDR1 and Bcl - 2 played an important roles in prognosis and chnieal drug resistance for patients with MM.
