锁定接骨板治疗股骨粗隆骨折疗效分析

目的 探讨锁定接骨板治疗股骨粗隆骨折的临床疗效.方法 我院于2008年11月至2010年2月收治的46例老年股骨粗隆的患者,其中26例采用锁定接骨板治疗（A组）,20例采用非锁定接骨板治疗（B组）,比较两组患者的临床疗效.结果 该组患者术后随访6个月～2年,A组的骨折愈合率为100%（26/26）,无内固定松动现象,B组骨折愈合率为85.0%（17/20）,3例出现内固定松动,A组骨折愈合率显著高于B组,P〈0.01.且A组的Harris髋关节功能评分优20例,良4例,总优良率为92.3%（24/26）显著高于B组75.0%（15/20）,P〈0.01.结论 锁定接骨板治疗股骨粗隆骨折操作简单,固定牢固可靠,并发症少,骨折愈合率高,是治疗粗隆骨折的理想方法.

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of the locking plate femoral thick long essntil treatment of fractures. Methods During 2008 - 2010 46 patients were selected including 26 patients treated by locking essntil board （group）, 20 cases treated by the lock thin plate （group B）, the clinical curative effect compare were two groups of patients. Results this group of patients in the follow- up of 6 months to 2 years, A group of fracture healing rate of 100% （26）, 26/no looseness fixation, fracture healing rate of group B 85.0% （17/20）, 3 cases occur within A fixed loose, fracture healing rate significantly higher than B group, P 〈 0.01. And A group of Harris hip function opti- mization, good, scoring 20 4 cases, the total rate for 92.3% （24/26） significantly higher 75.0% group B （15/20）, P〈0.01. Conclusion locking plate femora/thick long essntil treatment of fractures, easy to operate, reliable, fixed Firmly fewer complications, fracture healing rate is high, the treatment of fractures of the ideal method of thick long.
