食管静脉曲张黏膜硬化加固术后饮食护理探讨

The study of diet nursing after sclerotherapy-enforcing treatment

目的探讨食管静脉曲张黏膜硬化加固术后的饮食护理。方法 97例食管静脉曲张破裂出血内镜下套扎序贯黏膜硬化加固治疗的患者,分为术后禁食8h组和禁食24h组,加固术后分别禁食8h和24h,对两组患者术后并发症发生率和再出血率进行比较。结果禁食8h组与禁食24h组术后并发症分别为12例次(10.4%)、13例次(11.6%),再出血分别为4例次(3.5%)、5例次(4.5%),两组在并发症发生率和再出血率方面差异无统计学意义。结论食管静脉曲张黏膜硬化加固术后禁食、水8h,遂进食易消化、富营养的流质渐至软食是安全可靠的。

Objective To explore the diet nursing after sclerotherapy-enforcing treatment.Methods 97 cases of patients with esophageal variceal bleeding received endoscopic variceal ligation plus sclerotherapy-enforcing treatment.They were divided into two groups,the first group was fasted for 8 hours,the second one was fasted for 24 hours.Then compare the postoperative complication and re-bleeding rate of the two groups.Results The postoperative complication rate is 12 cases（10.4%）in the first group and 13 cases（11.6%）in the second group.The re-bleeding rate is 4 cases（3.5%）in the first group and 5 cases（4.5%）in the second one.We can see the two groups have no significant difference in postoperative complication and re-bleeding rate.Conclusion For patients received sclerotherapy-enforcing treatment,it is safe to eat some digestible and nutritious liquid or soft food after 8 hours＇ fasting.
