护理干预对高血压脑出血微创清除术后康复的影响

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Postoperative Rehabilitation of Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage Patients with Minimally Invasive Surgery

目的观察高血压脑出血患者颅内血肿微创清除术后综合护理干预效果,探讨更有效的护理模式。方法抽取2010年1月~2010年12月于本院神经外科治疗的86例高血压脑出血患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组43例和对照组43例;观察组采用精细化护理干预,对照组采用常规护理。结果 2组患者功能康复情况、并发症发生情况、医疗费用、护理满意度等指标,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,观察组优于对照组。结论观察组临床疗效优于对照组,良好的护理是高血压脑出血患者颅内血肿微创清除术治疗取得成功的基础和保障。

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on postoperative rehabilitation of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients with minimally invasive surgery and explore more effective nursing model.Methods 86 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients recruited to neurosurgical department from January 2010 to December 2010 were randomized divided into 2 groups,experimental group with 43 cases and control group with 43 cases.The experimental group were treated with special nursing intervention and the control group were given conventional care.Results Compared with control group,the functional rehabilitation condition,complications incidence,medical expenses and nursing satisfaction of experimental group were improved,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of experimental group is better than control group.Nursing intervention can provide foundation to the success of minimally invasive surgery in hypertentsive cerebral hemorrhage patients.
